Quintessa just got back from a re-check with her vet.  Her splint is off – for good we hope!

 

She isn’t quite ready to go to a home yet, the vet would like to give her another 7-10 days without a splint to help her muscles grow and become stronger in her right leg.  This will give us a little time before sending her off to make sure the leg doesn’t start to deviate again without the support.  Our hopes are high and paws crossed that she is all fixed up and good as new!
